Who we are
Directorism is an agency that plans, designs, builds, improves, and supports custom marketplaces and directory platforms for clients. We are not selling a self-serve marketplace SaaS or a guaranteed business outcome.
Website use
You may use this website to learn about our services, submit an inquiry, use public tools, book calls, chat with us, and request pricing. Do not misuse the site, probe private systems, submit unlawful content, scrape at abusive volume, or interfere with service operation.
No guaranteed outcomes
We provide strategy, design, engineering, growth support, and technical execution. We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, funding, marketplace liquidity, ad performance, investor interest, or any specific business result unless a signed agreement expressly says so.
Quotes, proposals, and scope
Website pricing, examples, calculators, and AI/chat answers are informational. A project becomes binding only when the parties approve a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, checkout, or service agreement. Scope changes may affect timeline, price, and delivery sequence.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, access to required systems, legal/compliance requirements for your industry, and approvals needed to move work forward. Delays in these items can delay delivery.
Payments and checkout
Paid calls, work credits, deposits, milestones, retainers, and other products may be paid through checkout, invoice, or payment link. Taxes, payment processor rules, card verification, and fraud controls may apply. Payment terms shown at checkout or in a signed agreement control that purchase.
Ownership and licenses
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, custom work we create for you becomes yours after the related invoice or milestone is paid in full. Directorism retains ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods, templates, internal systems, reusable components, and know-how.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public project details, business plans, credentials, and platform information as confidential. If your project requires a formal NDA or stricter security terms, those should be handled before sensitive materials are shared.
Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Directorism is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use or services. Any service-specific limits are defined in the signed agreement.
