How refunds and cancellations work

If your proposal, statement of work, invoice, checkout page, or service agreement includes refund terms, those terms control that purchase. This page is the default policy for public website purchases and general inquiries.

You can reschedule using the confirmation link when available. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the call are eligible for a full refund. Missed calls, late cancellations, or calls already delivered are generally not refundable, but we will review genuine emergencies fairly.

Once research, review, or discovery work has started, refunds are based on the completed portion of the work. If we have not started the work, we can usually cancel and refund the payment, minus any non-refundable processor fees where applicable.

Unused work credits may be refundable according to the checkout or product terms shown when you purchased them. Hours already used, expired credits, and work already delivered are not refundable. If the checkout or signed agreement gives a more specific credit refund rule, that rule controls.

Custom development work is usually delivered in phases or milestones. Completed and accepted work is not refunded. If a project stops mid-phase, we review the current milestone, completed work, third-party costs, and unused budget to determine a fair resolution.

Domain names, hosting, software licenses, paid APIs, stock assets, payment processing fees, contractor costs, and other third-party expenses may be non-refundable once purchased or committed.
