A clear route from brief to build

Choose the Right First Step for Your Marketplace Project

Start with a project brief. We will review the opportunity, then route it to a direct proposal, free Project Discovery, a scoped paid Discovery Phase, or standalone strategy advice.

START WITH THE RIGHT COMMITMENT

Three Clear Entry Paths

A build conversation, standalone advice, and research-heavy discovery are different services. We keep them separate so you know what you are requesting.

For this offer, an eligible project starts when its first build invoice is issued. If that happens within 30 calendar days after your paid Strategy Session clears, we apply one $395 credit to the first eligible unpaid invoice for the same client and currency. It cannot be exchanged for cash, split across invoices, or reduce an invoice below zero.

NO PROPOSAL THEATER

How We Choose the Next Step

The next step depends on what can be responsibly understood and priced from your brief.

Is the build scope already clear?

Submit the brief. If it is ready, we prepare a human-reviewed proposal with scope, milestones, price, and terms.

Does the build need a fit-and-scope conversation?

Qualified opportunities can move to a free 45-minute Project Discovery call after intake review.

Do you need research before responsible pricing?

If responsible pricing requires research, workshops, or technical investigation first, we will propose a separately scoped paid Discovery Phase before any build proposal.

Do you want advice without a build engagement?

A $395, 60-minute standalone Strategy Session for direct advice. It is not a fee to receive a proposal.

Human-reviewed scope

No automated proposal is treated as a commercial commitment.

Acceptance criteria before build

Scope, exclusions, milestones, and approval points are explicit.

One named client owner

One accountable client decision-maker keeps launch work moving.

In-scope revisions

In-scope revisions remain included until the agreed acceptance criteria are met. New features, changed requirements, and other out-of-scope requests are scoped and billed separately before work starts.

Source access and ownership

You receive GitHub source access after the first payment. Intellectual-property ownership transfers after final payment under the signed agreement.

30-day defect period

The 30-day defect period begins at recorded closeout and covers defects against the agreed scope. New requests and changed requirements are scoped separately.

Start with the brief, not a sales commitment
